1. The discharge pressure of high-pressure reciprocating pump has nothing to do with structure size and speed. The discharge pressure depends only on the power, strength and sealing function of the pump itself. The flow rate of motor reciprocating pump has nothing to do with the discharge pressure, but when the pressure is high, the flow rate of the pump will change slightly due to the gas dissolved in the liquid and the leakage of valve and packing. Therefore, the reciprocating pump can not adjust the flow by closing the outlet valve. When the discharge valve is closed, the fluctuation of discharge pressure will lead to motor overload or pump damage.
